New Peugeot 308 RC Z 2009

Peugeot is already trying their new vehicle for the calendar 2009: the Peugeot 308 RC Z in its coupé raft version, giving themselves the pleasure of doing it in the north of Sweden.

The presentation of the new Peugeot 308 RC Z in Frankfurt's Lounge, provoked different exclamations, from persons who praised it in excess, up to persons who criticized it steadily, but undoubtedly it caused sensation.
It is expected that by the end of the calendar 2009, this wonderful and innovative model of Peugeot will be available in the market.

The model was designed as a compact coupé but with wide space in its interior and the with the comfort that characterized the Peugeot´s vehicles.
Likewise it will possess an engine of 1,6 L THP with a power of 218 CV, manual changes box of six speeds and torque of 207 lb / ft.
It will possess a revolutionary system of direct petrol injection at high pressure, which offers a notable improvement in the combustion and in the general yield of the vehicle engine, witch makes the speed reaches from zero to hundred kilometres per hour in only 7,5 seconds.

The new 308 Peugeot 2009 will have a convertible rigid roof, like Peugeot is using in its coupés raft, after the exit to the market of the Peugeot 206 CC.

In addition there is a possibility, still not confirmed, that this new model 308 would incorporate in its engine an hybrid type propellant.
